Complimentary Tickets
Before requesting tickets, please read over the guidelines and etiquette at
the bottom of the page.
Who gets complimentary tickets?
KCSA members who put in extra hard work (like you!) can earn complimentary
tickets to many Krannert shows. These include Administrative Board members, tour
guides, usher supervisors, and techies.
- Usher supervisors earn two tickets for every four shows supervised.
- Tour guides earn two tickets for every four tours given.
- Techies earn four tickets for every full show worked.
How do I request complimentary tickets?
Fill out a Complimentary Ticket Request form. Make sure you follow the complimentary ticket guidelines and etiquette, or your request may be delayed!
Complimentary Ticket Guidelines and Etiquette
Follow these guidelines if you want to make sure your tickets get approved
as fast as possible!
- The earlier you request the tickets, the better your chances are for getting them. Request tickets no later than two weeks before the performance. Sorry, but we can not get tickets if a show is already sold out.
- Since KCSA is allowed to give only ten complimentary tickets per performance, two complimentary tickets are allowed per requester per event (including multiple performances of the same show). If you wish, you may purchase additional tickets with seats next to yours.
- Due to space restrictions, no complimentary tickets may be given for a Sunday Salon, a School of Music performance, or any show in the Studio Theatre. Additional restrictions may also be applied to some shows.
- If for some reason your request is denied, the secretary will notify you within three weeks. You can also check the Request Status page to see
that your tickets were approved.
