Registration Form

Registration for KCSA is a simple three step process:

1. Enter your UIN (if you are the spouse of student or staff, replace the first digit of your spouse's UIN with a 0.)
2. Fill out some general information (if you are a returning member, then your information should automatically appear from our records).
3. Fill out some specific information about the departments that you have chosen to participate in.
